Dragonfly Affiliate Programme Terms

Version 1.0, effective 25 August 2026. These are the terms of the Dragonfly Affiliate Programme. By joining the programme you accept them.

1. The programme

You promote Dragonfly's physical products with a personal referral link and, if you want one, a personal discount code. When someone buys through your link or code, you earn a commission. The programme runs on Enlistly; your link, your statistics and your balance live in your Enlistly account.

Joining costs nothing. There is no stock to buy, no monthly target, and no exclusivity. You can stop at any time, and so can we.

Joining is by approval. You apply, we review the application and normally speak with you first. We can decline an application, and we do not have to give a reason.

You join as an independent promoter. You are not an employee, agent or representative of Dragonfly, and you cannot enter into anything on our behalf.

You need to be 18 or over.

2. Going further: reseller and distributor

Affiliate is the easy way in, and for many coaches it is all they want. If you would rather do more than earn a commission, there are two other ways to work with us.

Reseller. You buy at wholesale and sell directly: in your practice, at workshops, or through your own shop. You set your own retail price and you hold your own stock. This suits coaches with a treatment room or a studio, and it earns considerably more per sale than an affiliate commission does.

Distributor. You hold stock for a whole country or region and supply the resellers in it. We are particularly looking for a distributor in the United States. Import duties now make shipping single orders from the Netherlands slow and expensive for American customers, and a US distributor fixes that for every coach and every customer there at once.

Both are separate agreements with their own pricing and terms, and neither is covered by this document. If either interests you, email info@dragonflywater.com. Tell us where you are based, what you already do, and which products you would want to carry, and we will come back to you personally.

3. Commission

  • 15% of the product value on an eligible product priced up to EUR 500, and 10% on an eligible product priced above EUR 500. Commission is calculated on the product value, excluding VAT, shipping, and any discounts applied to the order.
  • Not every product in the catalogue earns commission. Eligible products are the ones in these collections: Somatide Chi Clay Balls, Bio Energetic Somatides Blankets, the Energetic Paint and Powder range, Dragonfly Red Light Therapy, NORD Hydrogen, WaterSwirl, Aragonator, Mechow, Forest Air, and Natural Supplements. The current list, and which band a product falls in, is always shown on the partner page. We can add or remove collections, and section 7 covers how you are told.
  • Commission is earned when the order is paid, and reversed if the order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back.
  • No commission on your own purchases. Approved partners get a personal discount code by email instead, for their own orders.

4. Payouts

  • Paid monthly by bank transfer, in EUR. We endeavour to pay everything you earn in a calendar month within 28 days of the end of that month. We do not pay out via PayPal.
  • Give us your bank details (IBAN and account name, plus BIC/SWIFT if you are outside the SEPA area) in your Enlistly account. We cannot pay you until those are in.
  • No minimum balance. Whatever you earned goes out.
  • Any bank charges your own bank applies at their end are yours.
  • If you are a business registered for VAT, invoice us for your commission. Within the EU we apply the reverse charge, so invoice without VAT and state your VAT number and "VAT reverse charged". Outside the EU, invoice without VAT.
  • If you are not VAT registered, no invoice is needed and we pay the commission as it stands.
  • You are responsible for your own income tax on commission earnings. Dragonfly does not withhold anything.

5. Shipping, duties and customs

Dragonfly ships from the Netherlands. Customers outside the EU, including the United States, may pay import duties, taxes and handling charges on delivery, and those are the customer's responsibility, not ours and not yours. If you promote to customers outside the EU, tell them this up front. It saves everyone a bad experience.

6. What ends the arrangement

  • Either side can end it with a message. Earned commission up to that day is still paid out.
  • Self-referrals, fake orders, coupon-site spam, or presenting yourself as Dragonfly end it immediately and forfeit the open balance.

7. Changes

We can change the commission rate or these terms with 30 days notice by email. Changes never apply backwards: everything earned before the change is paid at the old rate.
