Supervisory authorities
We are not a regulated profession and we hold no licence that requires disclosure here. The authorities with jurisdiction over what we sell and how we sell it include the Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit for food supplements and product safety, the Autoriteit Consument en Markt for consumer and online selling rules, and the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens for data protection.
What we sell, and what it is not
We sell wellness and lifestyle products. They are not medicines and they are not medical devices. We do not offer them to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness.
Where a product carries an independent test or certificate, we name the body that issued it and say what it covers. Where a product has none, we say that. Where something is a tradition or an idea rather than a measured result, we say that too.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Email info@dragonflywater.com with your order number. We answer within two working days.
We are not affiliated with an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot settle a complaint between us, consumers in the Netherlands can contact ConsuWijzer, the consumer information service of the Autoriteit Consument en Markt, at consuwijzer.nl. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact the European Consumer Centre in their own country. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and no longer exists, so there is no link to it here and there should not be one anywhere on this site.
