The idea behind it

Weber built the device around geometric form, and a mix of brass, rock crystal, quartz sand, cotton and gold, at a length of 21.69 cm. It runs without electricity, needs no maintenance, and is used by practitioners of radionics and bioresonance-inspired energy work, as well as by individuals for their own use.

The historical reference point for this device family is bioresonance therapy, developed in the 1970s by physician Franz Morell and electronics engineer Erich Rasche, built on the idea that the body emits its own detectable vibrational spectrum. The Isis emitter works without current or electrodes, which Weber describes as a comparable but distinct principle.

Weber is open that mainstream science does not recognise the energy the device is built around, or the measurement methods (kinesiology, Kirlian and aura photography, dowsing, bio-field testing) used to detect it.

Assembly

The components connect by unscrewing the tip and swapping in the reducer, turbocharger or combination sleeve as needed, using the supplied cables to link the emitter to a transmitter cup or hand probes. Full step-by-step assembly is covered in the included instruction booklet.
