Email is the fastest way to reach us and we answer within two working days. If your question is about an order, include the order number and we can answer it in one reply instead of three.
Calls are answered when we are not with someone. If you get voicemail, leave a number and we call back.
Coming to see us
You are welcome at Gijsbrecht van Amstelstraat 240 in Hilversum. Hilversum has three stations and is about thirty minutes from central Amsterdam and from Schiphol.
We are a working centre rather than a shop with fixed opening hours, so email or call before you come and we will agree a time. That way we are actually there, and you get our attention properly.

Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@dragonflywater.com and say what happened. We answer within two working days and we aim to have it resolved within fourteen days. If it needs longer, we tell you why and when.

Trade, resale and distribution
For wholesale, reseller or distributor enquiries, email info@dragonflywater.com and tell us where you are based, what you already do, and which products you would want to carry.
