Using it
Plug and play: plug into a grounded wall outlet and switch on. Place the panel on bare skin or hold it up to 30 cm away, on the face and upper body or any area you choose. Sessions of 4 to 15 minutes. Many people like to use red light around sunrise and sunset. Use at home, in a studio or on the road.
Laboratory research on red and near-infrared light focuses on its absorption by cytochrome c oxidase, an enzyme in the mitochondria. Most of that research uses 630 to 670 nm and 810 to 850 nm.

Ich habe die Chi Clay Balls gekauft, da sie von Mark Attwood in einem, ich glaube man nennt es "Podcast" erwähnt wurden. Da war ich neugierig und habe sie bestellt.
