MPI Pump Pre-filter Housing, Large (1 inch, 3400 l/h)

This MPI pre-filter housing goes between your pump and the suction hose. It catches sand, silt and debris before they reach the pump and the pipework behind it, which helps the pump last longer. It suits pumps that draw garden, rain and well water.

Two 1 inch female threads, an air vent and a 6 bar maximum working pressure. The housing opens with the supplied key, so cleaning and cartridge changes are quick, and the wall bracket holds it in place. Flow rate 3400 l/h (without cartridge).

Choose the cartridge that fits the job: a cord cartridge (20 micron, lower price, not washable) or a nylon cartridge (60 micron, rinse it clean and reuse it) or an activated coconut carbon cartridge for organic substances. The matching cartridges are listed below.
